Lisa is an experienced Human Resources (HR) professional and began her career in HR in 2000, achieving an MSc Human Resource Management qualification in 2002.
She has significant HR experience in client facing and internal HR roles across both public and private sector organisations including two NHS Trusts, an NHS Commissioning Support Unit, a national NHS Arms length body, fashion retail, facilities management and logistics.
Lisa has a wealth of experience in partnering senior leaders and has provided leadership to a number of teams and services delivering HR activities, initiatives and programmes aligned to clients’ strategic objectives, vision and values. Lisa’s expertise includes supporting in the resolution of complex ER activity, leading service reviews,
organisational change including TUPE transfers and business reorganisation.
In her spare time Lisa prioritises family time with her young daughter and husband and is often found exploring the Teesdale countryside and the Northumberland coastline. She volunteers with the charity Reengage to provide continued social connection with vulnerable elderly people and she runs with a local running club with half marathon being her preferred distance.
