JENNIFER BUSSEY

Jen began her HR journey in 2017 when she joined the NHS as a HR Assistant. 

Throughout her career, she has developed a strong foundation in HR operations whilst gaining experience across a wide range of workforce processes. Since this time, Jen has successfully achieved a Level 5 CIPD qualification and moved to various roles such as HR Team Leader and Workforce Systems Advisor. 

Over the years, Jen has acquired experience in the full transactional employee lifecycle, full workforce systems administration, interpreting Agenda for Change terms and conditions, HR transactional work, employee relations, employment law, policy advice, data analysis, and automation, making her a versatile HR professional. 

Outside of work, Jen enjoys exploring nature reserves and historic sites, identifying different plants along the way. Jen also enjoys live performances and is always looking forward to the next band tour or comedy act.
